Terms of Use
Last updated 4 November 2026
By creating an account or using RingSafe you agree to these terms.
The service
RingSafe answers calls from unknown numbers that you forward to it, screens them with AI and reports back to you. AI can make mistakes: it may block a call you wanted or let an unwanted call through. Don't rely on it for emergencies, and check your call list regularly.
Your responsibilities
- Use RingSafe only for your own phone number.
- Only record your own voice. Do not use the voice feature to imitate anyone else.
- Keep the assistant's AI disclosure in place. Do not use RingSafe to deceive callers.
- Call forwarding is set up with your mobile carrier, who may charge for forwarded calls, for example while roaming. Those charges are between you and your carrier.
Spam reports
Only report numbers honestly. False reports can harm other people and may lead to your account being closed.
Ads
The free version shows ads. You can change your ad privacy choices in Settings where the law requires it.
Availability
We aim to keep RingSafe running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, RingSafe is provided "as is" and we are not liable for missed calls or indirect losses.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Questions: [email protected].
